Why the Law of Attraction Works Occasionally?

The Secret, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
The Law of Attraction always works, but it works on subconscious level.
Whatever goals and good things you want to achieve, very often they are blocked by your beliefs stored in your unconscious mind . Those memories and unfavorable programs have to be erased and replaced.
